Special Announcement Updated 3/25/2020
Well Dear Friends,
It is Wednesday, March 25, 2020!
We were supposed to be open as of Monday but it doesn’t look like that is going to happen.
Instead of telling you about plans and making schedule changes that may only have to be tweaked again we will simply say we will keep in touch.
We will neither cancel your current appointments nor move them at this point since we don’t have an “all clear to open” date that is firm. Text messages and email communications about your appointments have been turned off for now so as not to pester you.
We will have the 20% discount on the full set of lashes for a full month from the date we do reopen to help your budgets as much as we can.
We will simply be in touch when we have actual good information.
Please know we are thinking about you and missing you. I didn’t get refreshed in the scramble before we shut down and I myself have two lashes left on one eye and four on the other. It is sad. And I feel the same way as you do with regard to self inspection.
I have shared some things on our instagram and facebook about losing your lash extensions and health checks etc. I will paste below for you in case you missed them.
Here is what we have been up to:
Besides being productive with her artwork, Jill and her boyfriend Will have been busy with greenhouse work at their farm, Hungry Reaper Farm. They still have a few CSA Shares (farm shares you buy now and then get 18 weeks of hand picked organic vegetables in return) left for sale. Find out more at hungryreaperfarm.com. Guaranteed food supply never sounded so good.
Annie has been getting up to every kind of crafting, cleaning, organizing, building, creative writing, and boyfriend grooming (poor Michael) activity you can think of. She is dying to get back to her clients.
Ilma has been making use of the isolation to be in her art space and paint and is grateful to be able to safely take care of her parents free of virus exposure.
Debbie has been taking care of the ongoing activities that running a business demands even when the business is on pause, like paying the bills (scary) and making sure the stock is still coming in for when we return as well as forging ideas and master plans that keep changing as the time is quarantine time increases. Somehow she also got her husband (also in shutdown except for emergency cases) to agree to two hours per day of deep spring cleaning at home. So far they have tackled 60% of the home. Physical labor at least is exhausting which leads to good sleep.
Please know we appreciate you and are looking forward to getting you into your lash loving routine again. Your loyalty and friendship is what makes our livelihood possible and we always appreciate you, now more than ever.
Be well and be safe,
Your Iconic Family
